The prices are per apartment and day, with a minimum stay of 3 days, including all the linen. Starting from
01.01.2022 the
tourist tax will amount on 2,40 € per person and per day.(From 14 years).
Included services: bed linen, towels and tea towels, garage for cars and bike and all taxes.
Children are welcome and they will get a discount!
Pets are allowed on request. For your pet we calculate a surcharge of 15,00 € per.

Arrival/Departure
On the day of arrival the apartment will be available around 3 p.m. (in case of availability early check in possible). On the day of departure, the apartment must be vacated until 9 a.m.
For fixed reservation we ask for a deposit with
bank transfer of 30% of the total, in case of a cancellation is retained. In case of cancellation within the last 4 weeks, a cancellation fee of 70% of the booked total amount will be charged. Within the last week, in case of late arrival or early departure, 100% of the total amount of the booked stay will be charged.
We accept your payment by bank transfer or cash.
